9.5 Metre Series 3500 Flybridge Cat
KEVLACAT's
development of this Flybridge cat goes back to the days
when the 8.2 metre Magnum series was first released.
KEVLACAT listened to the market, and after considerable
research, developed the first of their now highly regarded "cutaway" keel models. Good engineering this
- the engine sits right down in the cat hull, and the
shaft angle emerges at a sensible angle, thus contributing
the KEVLACAT Flybridges's flat "trajectory" or running angle.
Today this craft measures a handsome 9.5 metre LOA.
The cockpit is huge, measuring no less than 95 square
feet (9.9sq. metres). It is mostly powered by inboard
diesels, but it is also available with diesel or petrol
sterndrives too, combinations that remain popular in
Queensland waters, despite southern preferences for
shafts.
